"Working with Mara was a very positive experience for us! We moved to New Jersey after living abroad for the last few years and with little knowledge of the local area. We had a very short time period to find a house in time to register our kids for the new school year. Mara expertly guided us in a difficult market, and we were able to secure a house in a desirable town within four days of landing in the US. Additionally she guided us in how to best position our offer in a multiple offer situation. Mara also comes with an excellent team of professionals including the mortgage broker, a backup agent to show houses when she is unavailable, and an insurance broker. She also helped us by recommending an excellent attorney and professional workers from painters to inspectors to everything else we needed. She is incredibly responsive as well. "I would give Mara 10 stars if I could. She was incredible to work with in both selling my home and purchasing a new one. I experienced a big life change in 2025 and Mara was extremely sensitive to what I was going through personally. Throughout the process, she always encouraged me to do what was best for my family and I never felt pressured to go in one direction or another. She supported me every step of the way and I’m truly grateful. And if that wasn’t enough, she caught a mistake at closing and saved me thousands of dollars! "If there was a level above 5 stars, Mara deserves it. From the first phone call I was blown away from Mara's knowledge and expertise but most importantly her commitment to explaining every detail to a young, first time home buyer, in an incredibly difficult market. My closing had every hidden twist, turn of events, and pain in the behind you could imagine. No task was too much for Mara to handle. She went over the top for every one of my needs as if I was a member of her family. She made sure to stay on top of every item, and was always a quick call or text away no matter the time or day of the week.I was so incredibly lucky to find Mara, especially in a world where homes sell themselves and agents and attorneys are churning through multiple clients. Mara made me feel like I was her priority and her one and only client. She was extremely patient, and was happy to explain things multiple times until I actually truly understood what was going on. "Mara was absolutely amazing. After a last minute unforseen circumstance we were in need of a realtor ASAP. I called Mara and she immediately took us on. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to what we wanted and gave advice but ultimately said she works for us and would do what we wanted which we truly loved. She was great from start to finish.
